After 27 years as a trial lawyer in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I turned a page and enrolled in the Violin Making and Repair program at North Bennet Street School in Boston. Since 2006, I have devoted all of my creative energies to the craft of making and restoring violins, violas and cellos.

I am now working exclusively in my seaside shop in Narragansett. Every instrument that crosses my bench presents a unique challenge: to preserve its history while giving it new life with its voice restored. I look forward to meeting you and your instrument.
